BAMFORD,JAMES & ALIOSKI ON TARGET AS LEEDS BEAT HULL ON OPENING DAY

Patrick Bamford netted a brace as Leeds United beat Hull City 4-2 on the Matchweek 1 of the EFL Championship. Ezgjan Alioski netted a goal to make the score 3-2 for Leeds United before Daniel James who was making his debut for Leeds United, coming off the bench in the 75th minute, scored a stunner for a debut for him to remember. His ecstatic celebrations after scoring the goal showed that he knows what it means to play for Leeds United. James' speed supported Ole Gunnar Solskjær's high-pressing and quick-counterattacking game plan. Looks like this time Leeds United have a transfer strategy in place and not picking players with random traits. Solskjær is preferring British players in this transfer window.
